Kenny Dennis MA, LPC

Some Helpful Background Information

Kenny Dennis,

MA, LPC, NCC

Clinically-Sound, Spiritually-Focused, Trauma-Informed Therapy

I have been focused on trauma-informed therapy since graduating from Denver Seminary. Throughout my career, I have been researching, attending seminars and workshops, and learning multiple approaches to healing trauma from the leading doctors, researchers, and practitioners in this field.

I am intentionally invested in merging both clinical and Christian principles into a comprehensive approach to trauma therapy. Over the years,  I have been discouraged by the polarized stances between clinically-therapeutic approaches to healing that minimize or discredit spiritual and Christian approaches. Both seem to intentionally exclude the other. I see this as tragic for survivors seeking to overcome trauma.

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by to see if, and how, I might be a good fit for your family and the struggles you may be experiencing.

My name is Kenny Dennis and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with survivors who have been exposed to intense and long-term trauma that continues to disrupt their present quality of life. A trauma-informed approach to therapy may be different than what you expect and I encourage you to read thru this site to gain as much information as possible.
