Appointments
I offer evening and Saturday appointments. My goal is to accomodate academic, activity, and work schedules as much as possible in order to facilitate consistent therapy with you and your family.

Office Fees
I am currently credentialed and part of provider networks with several insurance companies. In most cases, I am able to accept payment directly from your insurance company in addition to your co-payment.  Please phone to determine if I am in your insurance network.

When I am not part of your insurance network, out-of-pocket fees will apply and are due at time of appointment. Please feel free to contact me regarding my rates. In these cases, I will provide you with an insurance-ready form that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Parking and Public Transportation
My office is located on Nevada Avenue just north of Monument Street. There is an abundance of free street parking available on both Nevada Avenue and Monument Street. There is also a lot directly behind my office building with a rear set of stairs leading to the second floor.

If transportation is an issue, the main bus terminal is six to seven blocks from my office at Kiowa and Nevada. Please check the local bus schedules to determine if this is a viable option for you. I will make every effort to accomodate an appointment that coincides with the schedule that works best for you.

It is more efficient for clients to complete forms prior to their first session instead of spending valuable time completing these in my office.
